I saw a movie last night that I thought would be okay, and it turned out not to be okay. This thing we have in our culture that says it is okay to watch certain things, to enjoy certain sins, to tolerate certain entertainment pumping through out houses, and eyes, and minds, is part of the reason many will stand on the edge of eternity and Yeshua will say to us on that day that He never knew us. Oh God, the damnation that awaits us for not repenting, but for harboring these sins is incalculable. Utterly incalculable. Bonhoeffer refers to cheap grace. And it is so true. We are purveyors of cheap grace that gets us by. We do not know the weight of judgment that awaits us for our lukewarm Christianity.
